Where do I find my login details or customer number?

You can find your customer number / login details here:

• the first e-mail that was sent to you after signing up (subject line: “Your login details for USENEXT”)
• in the member area on www.usenext.com
• within your username – your customer number is the row of digits between the dashes: avi-123456-xx

In case you lost your login details, you can request your password or have your username resent on our password reset page. After submitting the e-mail address that you used upon registration, we will immediately send you your login details.

With your login details you can log into the member area on www.usenext.com and also onto the newsserver in your newsreader program.
