How do I cancel my account and what are my notice periods for cancellation?

We’re very sorry to lose you as a customer!

The subscription can be terminated as follows:
– By telephone
– In writing by letter or email to [email protected]
– Via online cancellation form

Please note our cancellation periods:
– For packages with an unlimited term, cancellation is possible on a monthly basis; i.e. the cancellation will take effect on the next billing date if debited monthly.
– For packages with a term of up to one month, the notice period is 7 days to the end of the contract term.
– For annual packages and other contracts with a term of several months, the period of notice is 1 month to the end of the contract term.
– Special termination right for free test periods: Free test periods can be terminated without a specification of reasons before expiration of the last day of the test period.
