Why do I have to wait 24 hours before I can recharge my volume again?

For security reasons we have limited the times you can buy packages or prepone your download volume - this is to prevent our customers from unwillingly overwriting their data volume or buying several packages at once. If you routinely need more data volume than is provided with your current plan, we suggest you switch to another plan with more data volume: you can have a look at all free available packages here.

You can switch your plan in the member area.

Please note: The option to prepone does not exist for our customers who have chosen monthly billing.
